I’ve spent over half my dietetics career working with individuals recovering from eating disorders. If you are looking to make peace with food, improve your relationship with food, or halt ED behaviors, a dietitian can help. My approach is strongly influenced by HAES as well as Intuitive Eating principles.

If you have a diagnosis of diabetes or prediabetes, it can be helpful to work with a dietitian to understand how food can be a part of your medical management. In addition to counselling many patients on eating to stabilize blood sugars, I’ve also led several cohorts of the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program.
